The room was super comfy and clean! I loved having a self-contained space with a mini fridge. The only downside was needing to use codes in the dark—kind of tricky!. )

Request for extra towels upon arrival—this can make a significant difference in comfort during damp weather.

Who needs fresh towels when you can have only damp ones? I also found a toilet that had clearly seen better days upon my arrival. Adding icing on the cake, a friendly gesture like a complimentary bottle of water would woudl ve been nice. It’s truly commendable how unwelcoming they manage to be! Almost wanted to give it a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had my own en-suite that was comfy and clean. William was super accommodating and responsive. The location was ideal for a solo traveler, right in the city center. This place felt much more like home than a hostel! a great experience! 😊

Comfortable bedding provides decent sleep. Mini fridge in the room allows for chilling drinks.
Upon arrival, the toilet cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The provided butter was two months expired, and the bread showed signs of mold. Limited towels were disappointing for a three-day stay, and the extractor fan in the bathroom was non-functional.

good location but lacking in some basics
The room provided a spacious layout which allowed my family to feel comfortable during our stay. Essentials for breakfast, such as a mini fridge and microwave, were incredibly handy. Communication with the staff was seamless, assisting us quickly when we needed help.
Limited towel supply created some inconvenience during our three-night stay.

great experience but minor hiccup
The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean! the location was perfect—just a short walk to attractions! During my stay, having a mini fridge in the room was immensely helpful for storing snacks and drinks, especially on damp weather days.
The door keys can be tricky to manage, especially when trying to unlock in the dark.
